The Steam Team was born out of a deep desire to educate and inspire coffee enthusiasts. The collaboration between Vlad Buda, Dani Ursan, and the bakery team at Origo was a perfect blend to transform every visit to the coffee shop into a rich experience, fueled by a passion for coffee and all aspects involved in its preparation and service.
Vlad Buda stands out as the champion of the Beer Cup, and both he and Dani are seasoned professional baristas with extensive international experience in the field. Through their dedication to the art of coffee, they bring a high level of knowledge and skills to craft each cup.
The coffee beans are roasted by the team at Origo, a place that, through its education and professionalism, has brought a fresh perspective to the world of coffee. By roasting the beans in their own space, Origo ensures that each bean is carefully selected and treated to reveal its unique aromas and qualities. Thus, each cup of coffee becomes a refined and authentic experience, reflecting the care and passion dedicated to the coffee preparation process.
