Soro Lume is a restaurant built on several years of research, incorporating techniques from across Romania. Our menu is exclusively prepared over open flame, wood, and embers, among other elements. “Neoromânesc” is the term borrowed from architectural style, encapsulating the concept we apply in our location. Essentially, we’ve taken cooking elements from various regions of the country, such as the Oltenian “ogeač” where we cook over an open flame and “țest” (clay pot), and the Bucovinian wood-fired oven where we cook overnight, utilizing residual heat from bricks for dishes that require time.
