The name of the restaurant was chosen to ensure a continuous development of its concept and never stop to create new dishes and experiences for our guests, growing towards a very fine designed cuisine and crafted style of Chef Paul Oppenkamp. Over the years we have created our own identity sticking true to our mission statement ‘Inspired by world cuisine, influenced by Romanian seasons, driven by innovation, our culinary journey is the path of creativity’.
